1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Path and Purpose website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Path and Purpose provides mental health consulting, corporate wellness programs, Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) training, and related professional services. Our services are intended for organizations and individuals seeking to improve workplace mental health and wellbeing.

3. Booking and Payments

When you book a discovery call or register for training:

  • Discovery calls are complimentary and can be rescheduled or cancelled via the links provided in your confirmation email
  • MHFA training registration requires payment of CA$195 per participant, processed securely through Stripe
  • Refund requests must be submitted at least 7 days before the training date
  • Training dates may be subject to change; registered participants will be notified and offered alternative dates or a full refund

4. Cancellation Policy

For discovery calls:

  • You may reschedule or cancel at any time using the links in your confirmation email
  • We appreciate at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations

For MHFA training:

  • Full refund if cancelled 7 or more days before the training date
  • 50% refund if cancelled 3–6 days before the training date
  • No refund for cancellations less than 3 days before the training date
  • Transfer to a future cohort is available at no additional cost with at least 48 hours' notice

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and training materials, is the property of Path and Purpose or its content suppliers and is protected by Canadian and international copyright laws. MHFA training materials are provided under license from the Mental Health Commission of Canada.

6. Disclaimer

Path and Purpose provides educational and consulting services related to mental health awareness in the workplace. Our services are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you or someone you know is in crisis, please contact your local emergency services or a crisis helpline immediately.

7. Limitation of Liability

Path and Purpose shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
